Sewing Classes
Classes
are held in the newly renovated Audrey Room of
the Old Laravale School,
just 15 km south of Beaudesert
in the beautiful Scenic Rim.
The
Audrey Room is a spacious dedicated sewing studio equipped with irons,
ironing boards, overlocker, change cubicle, sewing supplies for
use during class, and a limited range of sewing supplies for purchase.

Casual Classes run on alternate Wednesdays and Saturdays.
This
class format allows students to bring their own projects to work on
using the classroom supplies & tools under my guidance.
However from
time to time each group may decide to work on a particular project
together.
Limited vacancies are available.
Workshops
are held periodically. These may include Learn To Sew course (dressmaking),
Overlocking, Bras & Knickers, Draft & Sew your own skirt, Pattern fitting using the Palmer Pletsch techniques, Quilts, Bags, techniques such as
applique, fabric weaving or chenille, Sewing Revolutin projects, crochet, soap and candle making, and I am always
open to suggestions.
